摘要

Abstract

Combined with the domestic and abroad research focus on magnesium matrix composites prepared by high-energy ultrasonic dispersion method in recent years,as well as our research in the field,the key technology of magnesium matrix nano-composites fabricated by ultrasonic vibration processing was summed up.SiC nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) reinforced AZ91D magnesium matrix nano-composites were fabricated by semisolid stirring assisted ultrasonic vibration process,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of these two kinds of Mg matrix nano-composites were investigated systematically.The results show that the SiC nanoparticles and CNTs are uniformly dispersed,the yield strength and tensile strength of the nano-composites is greatly increased than that of as-cast AZ91D alloy,the ductility is also improved.
