摘要

Abstract

Taking 45 steel as an example,the strengthening and toughening mechanism of sub-temperature quenching heat treatment was studied,and the best heat treatment process of sub-temperature quenching for 45 steel was given,that is,water quenching at 840℃ + air cooling at 590℃ + water quenching at 770℃ + water quenching at 570℃.And,the mechanical performance of 45 steel was compared with that after conventional heat treatment.The results show that,after the heat treatment of sub-temperature quenching,the impact toughness of 45 steel improves.
