摘要

Abstract

According to the hot extrusion process of aluminum alloy,based on the M.Schikorra extrusion benchmark,the coupling model of thermal structure and heat flow was established with computer-aided engineering in aluminum hot extrusion process,and the impacts of the billet temperature on hot extrusion forming of aluminum alloy were analyzed,which can provide the reference for researching and developing the computer simulation model for metal hot extrusion and monitoring and optimizing hot extrusion production process.
