摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are approximately 21-25 nucleotides (nt) long,small single strand non-coding RNAs which are encoded by endogenous genes.miRNAs are widely distributed in plants,and it plays an important role in plant growth and development throughout the life cycle.The characteristic,biosynthesis,function mechanisms and roles in plant growth and development of plant miRNA were reviewed.关键词
