Abstract
[Objective] To establish an HPLC method for determination of Sudan Ⅱ and SudanⅣ in nail polish.[Method] HPLC analysis was performed on C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm,3.5 μm) with the acetonitrile-buffer solution as mobile phase in gradientmode,the column temperature was setup 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detecting wavelength was at 484 mn and 514 nm switching.[Result] The linear response ranges from 0 to 50.26 μg/ml of Sudan Ⅱ (r =0.999 8,n =6) and from 0 to 49.78 μg/ml of Sudan Ⅳ (r =0.999 9,n =6) ;the recoveries of quercetin,apigenin and luteolin were 95.9％ (n =9,RSD =2.87 ％),87.7 ％ (n =9,RSD =0.40％),respectively.[Conclusion] All 5 samples were determined by HPLC.The method is a practicable method in determination of Sudan Ⅱ and SudanⅣ in nail polish.关键词
