On Chemical Constitutes from Sargassum pallidum
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the chemical constituents of Sargassum pallidum.[Method] Extract of Sargassum pallidum were extracted by ethanol and the chemical constituents were isolated and prepared by MCI chromatography and semipreparative HPLC,the structures were evaluated by spectroscopic evidences.[Result] Seven constituents were separated and identified as bis(2-methylpropyl) ester (1),2-cyclohexene-l-acetic acid (2),calycosin (3),baicalein (4),wogonin (5),24-hydroperoxy-24-vinyl-cholesterol (6) and fucosterol (7).[Conclusion] Baicalein and 24-hydroperoxy-24-vinyl-cholesterol were isolated from Sargassum pallidum for the first time.关键词
