不同药剂处理对川明参种子萌发的影响
Effects of Pharmaceutical Treatment on Seed Germination of Chuanmingshen violaceum Sheh et Shen.
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study effects of different pharmaceutical treatments on seed germination of Chuanmingshen violaceum.[Method] Seeds of C.violaceum were soaked with KMnO4(0.2 to 1.0％),6-BA (5 to 80 mg/L) and GA (100 to 500 mg/L) for 12 h and 24 h processing,which used for determining the seed germination rate and germination potential.? [Result] The results showed that different concentrations of KMnO4,low concentrations of GA and 6-BA solution promoted seed germination significantly,but high concentration of 6-BA inhibited seed germination.The order of general effect is KMnO4 ＞ GA ＞ 6-BA,C.violaceum seeds soaked by 0.6％ KMnO4 for 12 h has the best effect,the germination rate is up to 42.71％.The start date and peak days advanced 23 and 26 d compared with the control,respectively.[Conclusion] Three pharmaceutical treatments all have effects on seeds germination of C.violaceum.关键词
