摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to isolate and screen the endophytic fungi with activity to blank spot disease.[Method] Various kinds of healthy Rosa chinensis varieties collected from Xi'an,Xianyang,Baoji and Weinan were as materials,and endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem and leaves of the R.chinensis and then purified through 2-3 times transferring.Endophytic fungi with activity to blank spot disease were screened by using improved punching method.[Result] Total 67 strains of endophytic fungi were obtained,and the samples collected from Xianyang had the highest colonization rate and isolation rate ; the colonization rate and isolation rate of endophytic fungi from the stem of R.chinensis were obviously higher than those from the leaf of R.chinensis.In the 67 strains,there were three strains to have activity to blank spot disease,and they were all from Baoji.[Conclusion] The research results lay the basis for further screening bio-control candidates of fungi and biological control of environment-friendly fungi.
