高原型牦牛血清常量元素浓度研究

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis of veterinary disease in the clinical.[Method] The concentrations of potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium in the serum of plateau type of yak were measured by flame atomic absorption method.The concentration of inorganic phosphorus in the serum was measured by Molybdenum-Antimony determination method.The concentration of chlorine in the serum was determined by mercury nitrate titration method.[Result] The content of major elements in the serum of different sex of plateau type of yak had no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).The content of calcium and phosphorus in the serum of adult male yaks were higher than that in female yaks,other indices had no significant difference between different sex of plateau type of yak (P ＞ 0.05).[Conclusion] The research could provide basis for the supplementary feeding of plateau type of yak.关键词
