摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study effects of blood sample standing time on blood routine test and how to storing blood sample to keep them remain stable.[Method] Blood sample of 50 physical examination personnel were assayed over time by automated hematology analyzer and then the data were analyzed and compared by using statistical method.[Result] There was no significant difference of data collected from test at room temperature for 6 h and they all belong to the controlling scope.The specimens placed at 4 ℃ for preservation,although the variation of although the difference in two parameters between lymphocyte proportion(LYM％)and platelet LYM％ and PLT have statistical significance,they have no effects on clinical trial for the deviation less than 5％.Leukocyte showed increasing trend with no significant difference.关键词
