摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To observe the change of biochemical indicators in serum of Xinjiang Holstein cow ketosis and disease pathogenesis.[Method] Xinjiang Holstein cows were selected as experimental animals,their serum were detected with ketone powder method and improved salicylaldehyde detection method.Nitrate reductase method was used for determination of determinationserum nitric oxide (NO) content and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity,DTNB chromogenic assay was used to determine GSH-Px activity,the xanthine oxidation method was used for the determination of T-SOD activity,thio Pakistanthan properly acid method was adopted for determination of serum MDA content.[Result] The results showed that ketosis cows serum GSH-Px activity poles (P < 0.01) reduction in T-SOD activity significantly decreased (P < 0.05) and serum MDA content significantly increased (P < 0.05) ; NO content and NOS activity in the serum of cows in the control group were significantly greater than the positive group.[Conclusion] Ketosis not only affects the anti-oxidative system but also can reduce NO content and activity of NOS,which has important significance to reveal the mechanism of cow ketosis.
