响应面法优化浒苔多糖提取工艺的研究
Study on the Optimization of Extraction of Polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
[Objective] To optimize technique of extracting polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera.[Method] The effects of three independent variables (extraction temperature,extraction time and the ratio of water to material) on the extraction yield were studied by water bath.And the extraction conditions were further optimized by response surface methodology (RSM),based on a Box-Behnken design.[Result] The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 2 h,extraction temperature 100 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 47∶1 ml/g.Under the optimized conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 12.26%.[Conclusion] Owing to its simplicity and reliability,the optimized technology is easy to industrialize,which will provide a reference for further development and utilization of polysaccharides from E.prolifera.关键词
