摘要

Abstract

Food additives are substances that may be found in food during or after it is processed.They were not used or placed in the food on purpose.The functions and its safety of food additives were becoming research hotspot in the field of food processing and food safety in recent years.On the basis of introducing the definition of food additives,the advantages,disadvantages and its safety were analyzed.Furthermore the development prospect of food additives was put forward.
