Influencing Factors Analysis of Knowledge Sharing in Agricultural Products Supply Chain——A Conceptual Model
摘要
Abstract
As the core contents of knowledge management,knowledge sharing(KS) has become a research hotspot,KS in supply chain (SC) has also been concerned.Combining with the characteristics of agricultural products supply chain (ASC) in China,the relevant influencing factors of KS in ASC were analyzed from 4 aspects(sharing subjects,sharing objects,sharing channels,sharing context),and the conceptual model of influencing factors of KS in ASC was designed,which will provide theoretical basis for following empirical study and simulating study by system dynamics.关键词
