摘要

Abstract

The current situation of design and manufacture of plough surface was analyzed,a method to design and manufacture of plow surface based on UG software was proposed.Firstly,taking turning type plow for example,the main parameters of design of plough surface were calculated.And then the plough surface was created through curves in UG modeling module.Finally,the rough and finishes machining to plough surface through the cavity milling and fixed axis surface milling in UG machining module was completed.The practice showed that this method is more efficient and high quality to design and manufacture plow surface,which has a good reference for the design and manufacture of other agricultural machinery.
