Abstract
The rapid development of high and new technology brings people great convenience,however,the attendant risks attract the attention of academia gradually.The characteristics and classification of high and new technology and its risks were discussed.Then the countermeasures and suggestions of the prevention and control of high and new technology risks were put forward.关键词
