Abstract
This paper proposed a novel Eurobalise telegram coding strategy by using Fountain codes with UEP(unequal error protection) property.Digital fountain code is a recently introduced class of channel coding which does not rely on retransmission.Its decoding process is not affected by the order of the arrival encoding symbol sequences,and it can also provide unequal error protection to important information.So,digital fountain code is very suitable for balise telegram transmission scenario.Based on the length character of Eurobalise telegram,the paper analysed the performances of three UEP algorithms under the condition of different code lengths by Matlab,and verified the feasibility of long balise telegram coding strategy based on fountain codes with unequal error protection property.关键词
