蒲儿根花的化学成分研究
CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF SENECIO OLDHAMIANUS FLOWERS
摘要
Abstract
Chemical constituents of ethyl alcohol extract of Senecio oldhamianus flowers were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and identified by physichemical and spectral methods.The following six compounds were identified:β-sitosterol (1),palmitic acid (2),euparin (3),euparone (4),hyperin (5),caffeic aicd (6).These compounds were reported for the first time in this plant.Of special note,compound 3 with apple flavor was the main aromatic component of S.oldhamianus flowers.关键词
