OPTIMIZATION OF ULTRASONIC-ASSISTED EXTRACTION OF FLAVONOIDS AND LIGNANS FROM URTICA ANGUSTIFOLIA BY RESPONSE SURFACE METHOD

Abstract
To optimize ultrasonic extraction conditions of flavonoids and lignans from Urtica angustifolia by response surface method.Ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time and liquid-solid ratio of single factor experiment was altered for 3 factors 3 levels response surface methodology.Optimized extraction conditions were determined as follows:ethanol concentration 87.62%,ultrasonic temperature 54.15 ℃,ratio of solvent volume 45.64:1 (mL:mg),ultrasonic time 50 min,extract runs 3.Under such conditions,extraction yield of flavonoids and lignans were 10.875 mg·g-1 and 1.100 mg· g-1,respectively.It is concluded that when two components extracted simultaneously from herb,central composite design-response surface optimization can get better results.关键词
