摘要

Abstract

To optimize ultrasonic extraction conditions of flavonoids and lignans from Urtica angustifolia by response surface method.Ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time and liquid-solid ratio of single factor experiment was altered for 3 factors 3 levels response surface methodology.Optimized extraction conditions were determined as follows:ethanol concentration 87.62%,ultrasonic temperature 54.15 ℃,ratio of solvent volume 45.64:1 (mL:mg),ultrasonic time 50 min,extract runs 3.Under such conditions,extraction yield of flavonoids and lignans were 10.875 mg·g-1 and 1.100 mg· g-1,respectively.It is concluded that when two components extracted simultaneously from herb,central composite design-response surface optimization can get better results.
