Preparation and Characterization of Ordered Porous Alumina Template and ZnO Film

Abstract
The ordered porous anodic alumina oxide(AAO) templates were prepared by two-step anodic oxidation,the influence of oxidation time and soaking in phosphoric acid solution on the surface of aluminum oxide was investigated.Then,ZnO film was deposited on the templates of AAO,characterized by means of SEM,XRD,EDS,AFM,results showed that the ordered porous layer was amorphous aluminum oxide.Besides,the property of photoelectric conversion of dye sensitization solar cell,by using ZnO film which was deposited on the templates of AAO as a light anode,was investigated,the efficiency was 0.34%.关键词
