摘要

Abstract

In order to to minimum environmental risks while maximizing the mixture induced activation effect of heavy metals,the cumulative effect of chelation of heavy metals in plant biotechnology induction efficiency,dicotyledonousoilseed rape (Brassica junica),monocots maize (Zea mays L) pot experiment was conducted to explore the feasibility of joint best ratio of non-biological chelating agent EDTA and biological chelating agent EDDS application of phytoremediation of soil heavy metals,basing on a simulation by Pb,Cu,Cd complex contaminated soil.The results show that,The chelator EDTA-EDDS joint application of plant extracts effect on corn monocots and dicots rapeseed strong role in promoting.Soil available metals Pb,Cu,adding a chelating agent EDTA/ratio of EDDS 2,the highest of 3 86.5 mg · kg-1,1 369 mg · kg-1,respectively.Soil available Cd metal plus chelating agent EDTA/EDDS ratio,the highest 89.6 mg · kg-1.Plant underground part and shoot Pb,Cu,Cd bioaccumulation amount of added chelating agent EDTA/highest ratio of EDDS.
