摘要

Abstract

NAD +/NADH is a kind of necessary coenzyme in cellular energy metabolism,and it has been shown by numerous studies that cellular redox state especially NAD +/NADH level may be a primary control site in numerous biological process linked to rhythm,senescence,cancer and death.Ozone as a external factors can make the NADH stimulate response.Because of experimental conditions,the mechanism of the reaction of ozone and NAD +/NADH can be studied by theoretical chemistry.According to the literature research,overall reaction NADH + O3→ NAD + + HO · + O2 is the proton combined with electron transfer reaction,which has important significance to promote the dynamics of biological reaction using density functional theory on reaction mechanism research.
