摘要

Abstract

Wind speed plays an important role on wind farm power output,but because the wind speed has a strong randomness,prediction accuracy is not high.To solve this problem,using twin support vector regression (TSVR) and based on actual wind speed data measured in a certain wind farm,a wind speed predicting model based on TSVM is built.In this paper,related parameters of the model are given.The proposed wind speed model is compared with wind speed model based on standard support vector regression (SVR).Comparison results indicate that the proposed wind speed predicting model is better than the model based on SVM.It provides reference value for wind farm wind speed prediction.
