Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between serum procalcitonin and inflammatory factors in children with bacterial sepsis.Methods:Children with bacterial sepsis and healthy children were selected for this study.Routine blood test,serum procalcitonin and inflammatory factors were detected and compared.Results:The WBC,Neu,PCT,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in children with sepsis were significandy higher than those in healthy children(P＜0.01).The serum PCT correlated positively with hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 (P＜0.05),while it was negatively with I L-10 (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The serum PCT in children with sepsis is higher than that in healthy children,which correlates positively with hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8,while it is negatively with IL-10.关键词
