Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of loratadine syrup in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children.Methods:One hundred and tow patients with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (60 cases) was treated with conventional therapy.The treatment group (60 cases) received loratadine syrup additionally,weight less than or equal to 30 kg,5 mg orally; weight more than 30 kg,10 mg orally,once a day for 10 ～ 14 days.The clinical symptoms,signs and side effects were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Results:The efficiency rate was 91.7％ in the treatment group and 78.3％ in the control group and there was a significant difference between the two groups (x2 =17.47,P＜0.05).The disappearing time of skin purpura,joint pain,abdominal pain,hematuria,proteinuria and the average hospitalization days were shorter in the treatment group than those in the control group (P＜0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups in side effects (x2=4.93,P＜0.05).Conclusions:Loratadine syrup in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children is safe,and can reduce the healing time.关键词
