Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on Hand-foot-mouth disease in children.Methods:Totally 218 cases with stage Ⅰ Hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into a treatment group (112 cases) and a control group (106 cases).The two groups received conventional treatment such as antivirals and nutritional supplements.The treatment group was treated with Tanreqing 0.4 ～0.6 mL/(kg · d).The treatment course for both groups was three days.The symptoms such as fever and rash of the two groups were observed.Results:The clinical effect rate in the treatment group was 88.4％,which was higher than that in the control group (72.6％) (x2 =5.67,P＜0.01).The time to defervesce and the disappearing time of rash in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The disappearing time of rash in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.01).No side effect was observed.Conclusions:Tanreqing injection is safe and effective in defervesce and disappearance of rash.关键词
