痰热清注射液佐治儿童急性下呼吸道感染疗效分析
The Clinical Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection in the Treatment of Children with Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-two children with acute lower respiratory tract infection were involved and randomly divided into a control group(98 cases) and a treatment group(134 cases).On the basis of therapy,the treatment group were treated for five days with Tanreqing injection,0.3 ～0.5 mL/(kg · d),once a day,for 5 days.The disappearance time of symptoms,signs and adverse effects were observed pre-treatment and post-treatment.The efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group (including clinical control and improvement) was 92.53％,while that in the control group was 75.51％ ; the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms,signs in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse effects in the treatment group was 23.13％ which was higher than that of control group (13.26％).Conclusions:Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection was effective and safe,and can be used as the fwst choice as additional treatment.关键词
