Abstract
Objective:To analyze the etiology of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and explore effective countermeasures,in order to achieve the best clinical effect of mechanical ventilation (MV).Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of January 2010 to December 2011 children with MV concurrented VAP in ICU of our hospital.Results:In 275 cases of patients with MV for more than 48 hours.47 cases had concurrent VAP,which occurred at a rate of 17.09%.The most common pathogenic bacteria was Acinetobacter baumannii.Conclusions:VAP is one of the common complications of MV.Controlling the generating cause of VAP positively is an important measure to shorten the MV course and improve the survival rate.关键词
