不同浓度染色剂对瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号含量测定的影响
Effect of the Different Concentrations of Stain on Determination of Guiji Creams Ⅱ

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of 0.1％ to 0.4％ anthrone-sulfuric acid solution on content determination of polysaccharide in Guiji cream Ⅱ,to select the optimal concentration of stain,then to improve the detection efficiency.Methods:Anhydricum dextrose was used as a reference substance.0.1％ to 0.4％ anthrone-sulfuric acid solution was used as stain to dye Guiji cream Ⅱ by grouping.The content was determined by spectrophotometry.The detection wavelength was set at 620 nm.Absorbance,concentration and recovery rate of each group were compared.Results:The absorbance,concentration and recovery rate in the group with 6 mL,0.2％ anthrone-sulfuric acid solution were higher than those in any other groups.And its recovery rate was 96.0％ ; RSD was 1.22％ (n =6).Detection effects in turn were 0.2％ group ＞ 0.1％ group ＞ 0.3 ％ group ＞ 0.4％ group.Conclusions:The concentration of stain has effects on determination results.When the concentration of stain was 0.2％,the detection rate was high and the reproducibility was good.It is suitable for the determination of polysaccharide in Guiji cream Ⅱ.关键词
