消化系肿瘤与舌象及舌苔脱落细胞化学指标的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the correlation between digestive system tumor and tongue picture and chemical indexes of exfoliated cells of tongue coating.Methods 40 patients with digestive system tumor were selected as observation group,40 healthy people for control group.Observed and recorded tongue picture of two groups,and detected chemical indexes of exfoliated cells of tongue coating,namely lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),acid phosphatase(ACP) and succinodehydrogenase(SDH).Results Greasy coating,dark red tongue and purple tongue in observation group were more than those in control group (P ＜ 0.01).LDH and SDH ofobservation group 1 (middle and advanced stage of digestive system tumor,22 cases) were obviously higher than those of control group,while there were no significant differences between observation group 2(early stage of digestive system tumor,18 cases) and control group.There were no significant differences in ACP of three groups.Conclusions Greasy coating,dark red tongue and purple tongue in patients with digestive system tumor are more than those in healthy people.LDH and SDH of patients in middle and advanced stage of digestive system tumor are obviously increased.关键词
