奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及其对认知功能的影响
Influences of olanzapine on curative effects and congnitive function of first-episode schizophrenics
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of olanzapine on curative effects and congnitive function of patients with first-episode schizophrenics.Methods 91 first-episode schizophrenics were treated with olanzapine orally for 8 weeks,and assessed with curative effects by Positive and Negative Syndrome (PANSS),and cognitive functions with the Wechsler Memeory Scale(WMS) and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) before and after treatment.Results Compared with pretreatment,at the end of 8-week treatment,both negative and positive symptoms of all subjects improved significantly,adverse reactions were mild,scores of the PANSS lowered more significantly (P＜0.01); first-episode schizophrenics acted better in the WCST and WMS (P＜0.01).Conclusion Olanzapine has an evident effect,higher safety and better compliance,and meanwhile it can improve patients' congnitive function.关键词
