EFFECTS OF RAT VALVED CONDUITS AFTER DIFFERENT TIME CRYOPRESERVATION ON THEIR ACTIVITY AND TISSUE IGF-1 CONTENT

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of rat valved conduits after different time cryopreservation on their activity and tissue IGF-1 content,and attempt a new test method of valved conduit activity.Methods:Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups.Twenty cases of fresh blood vascular (group A),20 cases of frozen vessels for 1 month (group B),20 for 3 months (group C).The changes of glucose metabolism rate and the IGF-I content of the vascular were investigated.Results:The glucose metabolism rate of valve conduit in groups A,B and C was(3.812±0.476)mmol/L,(3.826±0.349)mmol/L,and (3.655±0.373)mmol/L (P>0.05),respectively.The positive expression rate of IGF-I in groups A,B and C was 35%,30% and 30% (P >0.05),respectively.Conclusion:The rat valved conduits have good activity after frozen at different time points,and IGF-I is one of the indices of valved conduit activity.关键词
