舍尼通治疗合并前列腺炎的BPH患者术后下尿路症状的临床研究
CLINICAL STUDY OF PROSTAT FOR TREATING LUTS IN THE POSTOPERATIVE PATIENTS OFBENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA WITH HISTOLOGICAL PROSTATITIS

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of prostat in the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in the postoperative patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with histological prostatitis.Methods:A total of 180 patients diagnosed of BPH with histological prostatitis by pathological diagnosis after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) were enrolled in the trial.The cases was randomly divided into control group (n =90) and prostat treatment group B (n =90).The LUTS of each group was evaluated by IPSS scoring system in the first month and the second month after the TURP.Results:After observation of one month,the IPSS scores of control group were 12.04±4.73.The IPSS scores of treatment group were 6.56±2.84 after one month treatment by prostat.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.001).The effective rate was 2.2％ and 91.1％ respectively.Conclusion:Prostat is effective and safe in relieving the LUTS in the postoperative patients of BPH with histological prostatitis.关键词
