南宁市居民血脂异常患病率调查分析
ANALYSIS OF THE PREVALENCE OF SERUM LIPID DISORDER IN NANNING CITIZEN,CHINA

Abstract
Objective:To study the serum lipid levels and prevalence of lipid abnormalities of the population in Nanning City.Methods:Using stratified cluster random sampling method,selected the residents aged 18 years old and over with complete data of serum lipid in Nanning city of Guangxi from 2003 to 2005.The diagnostic criteria of dyslipidemia used prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia guidelines of China by 2007.Results:Mean levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were 5.33±1.13,1.73±1.42,1.46±0.35 and 2.93-0.82 mmol/L,respectively;and age corrected mean levels were 4.95,1.48,1.50 and 2.75 mmol/L,respectively.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in general population,males,and females were 68.2％,71.8％and 62.5％;and the standardized rates were 51.5％,58.1％ and 43.5％,respectively.Conclusion:Both lipid levels and the prevalence of dyslipidemia of resident in Nanning city were high.Prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia are imminent.关键词
