Design Structure Characteristics of Valve Hall Fittings in the ±800 kV HVDC Converter Station
摘要
Abstract
During the design stage of valve hall project in the ±800 kV ultra-high voltage direct current (UHVDC) convertor station,the connections among convertor valve,convertor transformer and the wall bushings have to use the tubular busbar connection type,whereas,the devices connections need the special tubular busbar link fitting.In this paper,taking the valve hall fittings in the Xiangjiaba-Shanghai and Jinping-Sunan ±800 kV UHVDC convertor station as example,the overall structure characteristics of the valve hall hardware fittings are discussed including the requirements of hardware fitting such as the carrying capacity and heat resistance,the anti-corona characteristics,the reliability of mechanical strength,dimensions and shapes,and the connection types.At last,the structure details and characteristics of five often-used valve hall fittings are introduced in the examples.They are useful and can be referred in the design of valve hall fittings for the new UHVDC convert stations such as HaminanZhengzhou,and Xiluodu-Zhejiang etc.关键词
