摘要

Abstract

Considering a circuit breaker with ZW-32 type permanent magnetic actuator as the subject,the monitoring system platform of vibration signal generated in the implement process of circuit breaker is built,and the vibration data under common fault status of the operating mechanism is collected.The wavelet packet and chamcteristic entropy are used to extracted the vibration signal eigenvalue.Based on the principle of relevant vector machine,the fault diagnosis model of operating mechanism is also built.Meanwhile,the online monitoring of vibration in circuit breaker and the intelligent diagnosis of fault types are realized.The test results show that the method has a high ability on fault recognition and has some practical value on the realization of the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis in the implement process of circuit breaker.
