Determination of trace lead in water using an eletrochemical sensor based on square wave anodic stripping voltammetry

Abstract
A new method of electrochemical sensor for trace lead detection based on square wave anodic stripping voltammetry using screen-printed electrodes (SPE) was developed in this study.The optimum parameters for the method are as follows:the frequency of 30 Hz,the amplitude of 80 mV,the Estepof 5 mV,the concentration of the supporting electrolyte (KCl) of 0.5 mol/L,the deposition potential of-1.1 V and the deposition time of 400 s.Under the optimized analytical conditions,a good linearity between peak current and the concentration of the lead was obtained (R2 =0.9945) under the range of 25 ~ 500 μg/L.The interference effect under the optimized conditions was also studied with various metal ions,and the results showed that the presence of Mn2+ in the solution reduced the lead peak currents significantly.关键词
