摘要

Abstract

Derived oil is one of the most important products from the pyrolysis of scrap tires.One of the most significant applications for derived oil is to be fuel to obtain high added values.But the high sulfur content and unpleasant odor of derived oil constrain the extensive use as fuel.The desulfurization effects of pyrolytic gas at high temperature were investigated in the zinc oxide,mixed desulfurizer,A.D.A and MDEA + sulfolane processes respectively.The results indicate that the pyrolytic gas desulfurization processes directly with clay,kaolin and lime powder mixed desulfurizer and zinc oxide have the better desulfurization effect.The sulfur content of derived oil after desulfurization is about 0.11%.The A.D.A desulfurization process using oil-gas separation is the most economical.
