摘要
Abstract
This paper observed the effects of different traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on serum uric acid and the related metabolic index.Rats were divided into ten groups as follows:model group,control group,A,B,C,D sample groups (high-dose groups,low-dose groups).Rat models of hyperuricemic were established by oteracil potassium and had administration for thirty days.To make sure the model success and have a curative effect,the level of uric acid was determined after twenty seven days.The levels of GLU,CHOL,TG,UREA,CREA,UA and the kidney index was determined after thirty days.Compared with model group,the UA of all TCD sample groups were decreased significantly after twenty seven days.Furthermore,the UA of A,B,C groups (high-dose and low-dose groups) and the kidney index of A,B,C high-dose groups were decreased significantly at the day 30th,and the GLU,CHOL,TG,UREA,CREA levels of all groups had no significant difference.A,B,C groups could decrease the UA of hyperuricemic rats,they had a certain protective effect to the kidney for the first impression.关键词
