哈尔滨市水资源可持续开发利用评价方法研究
Study on evaluation method for water resources sustainable development and utilization in Harbin
摘要
Abstract
Four criterion layers and twenty-six basic layers were proposed from the perspective of urban water resources system and evaluation index system of sustainable development and utilization of urban water resources in Harbin was established.Comprehensive evaluation index was calculated by using the synthetic weight method which was the combination of subjective weight and objective weight.The evaluation results can indicate the sustainable development and utilization of urban water resources in Harbin.In addition,the results can provide a scientific basis for making management planning and relevant policy of urban water resources in Harbin.关键词
