β-环糊精与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的包结作用

摘要
Abstract
Inclusion complexation of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in aqueous solutions was studied by the isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC).Association constants and thermodynamic parameters were calculated at different temperature,respectively.The result showed that the production of inclusion complexation of β-CD with CTAB was mainly of the 1∶1 (moleradio) type by ITC.The process of integration and inclusion was spontaneous exothermic enthalpy entropy driven.With the temperature increases,the binding ofβ-CD with CTAB become easy,moreover,association constants increase,the driving force of enthalpy increase while entropy reduced.关键词
