Effects of Qingwen Baidu Granules on Immunity of Chickens
摘要
Abstract
To study the effects of Qingwen Baidu granules on antibody level,immune organ index and lymphocyte transformation of fowls,HA-HI was used to evaluate the antibody titer of ND in each serum group,and MTT method was used to determine T lymphocyte proliferation,organ weighing method was adopted to measure immune organ index 28 days after immunity.The results showed Qingwen Baidu granules can prolong the residue time of antibody in body,improve lymphocyte conversion ratio,increase bursa,thymus and spleen index,and promote immune organ development.The results indicated that Qingwen Baidu granules have significant effects on both cytoimmunity and humoral immunity,and have potentiation to chicken immunization.关键词
