吉林长白县大林姬鼠中检测到Amur样病毒核酸
DETECTION OF AMUR LIKE VIRUS IN APODEMUS PENINSULAE IN CHANGBAI COUNTY, JILIN PROVINCE
摘要
Abstract
Among 21 Apodemus peninsulae,2 specimens were shown positive in PCR analysis specified to L fragments of Amur like virus in Changbai County,Jilin province.The S and M fragments also were obtained and sequenced from the two A.peninsulae.There is only one base pair difference in both S and M fragments.The M fragment showed high homology with H5 strain from Heilongjiang Province,while the S fragment showed high homology with NA33 strain.The Amur like viruses was clustered in the same clad with AP 209 isolate from Russia in phylogenetic tree based on open reading fragment of M segment.关键词
