武器装备故障预测建模方法选择研究
Options of prognostic modeling for equipment failure
摘要
Abstract
This paper discussed business issues that needed to be considered when selecting an appropriate modeling approach for the failure prognosis of equipment in-service.Firstly,it further elaborated the definition of prognostics from the prognostic definition and the factor about prognostic modeling selection stated by International Organization for Standardization(ISO).So the characteristic of prognostics was obvious.Secondly,according to the real operating condition of equipment,it designed the diagnosis and prognosis process flow and presented the corresponding selection standard of prognostic approaches.Thirdly,through dividing the prognostic modeling approaches into three classes,it gave the strength and weakness of the main prognostics model classes to establish what made them better suited to certain applications than to others and understand how each had been applied to engineering prognostics in order to provide the first considering options for failure prognosis.Finally,it suggested areas in need of development or improvement based on the difficulty for implement of failure prognosis among the equipments.关键词
