高血压性脑出血早期血肿扩大与血压指标的相关性研究
Study on correlation between early hematoma enlargement and blood pressure indexes in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between early hematoma enlargement and blood pressure indexes in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and seventy-nine patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected.According to the changes of CT on the skull before hospitalization and 24 h after hospitalization,they were divided into hematoma enlargement group (n =24) and non-hematoma enlargement group (n =155).The dynamic blood pressure was detected 24 h after hospitalization.Systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and indexes of blood pressure variability were recorded,and its relationship with hematoma enlargement was analyzed.Results The maximum and mean systolic pressures in hematoma enlargement group were both higher than those in non-hematoma enlargement group significantly.Hematoma enlargement was both related to maximum and mean systolic pressures.Conclusion Hematoma enlargement is closely related to maximum and mean systolic pressures within 24 h of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and it almost has no association with diastolic pressure and blood pressure variability,which may be related to early application of antihypertensive drugs.关键词
