摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression and role of IL-8 in regulating immune system in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortions.Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortions were selected as study group.Another 120 normal women with early pregnancy who required abortions at the same period were selected as control group.ELISA was applied to measure IL-8 levels in peripheral plasma of the two groups.Results The IL-8 level was significantly higher in the study group (160.51 ± 11.30) pg/mL than in the control group (43.68 ± 8.31) pg/mL.The difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion The right amount of IL-8 would play an important role in maintaining normal pregnancy,and the increased the level of IL-8 may increase the risk of recurrent spontaneous abortion.关键词
