胃癌组织生存素及半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3的表达与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性研究
Correlation study on expression of survivin and caspase-3 with biological behavior in gastric carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of survivin and caspase-3 with biological behavior in gastric carcinoma.Methods Fifty-six patients with gastric carcinoma and 38 patients with adjacent tissues were selected as research subjects.SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect survivin and caspase-3 level.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,positive rate of survivin in gastric carcinoma greatly increased (48.2％ vs 13.2％,P＜0.05),and positive rate of caspase3 decreased (30.4 ％ vs 57.9 ％,P ＜ 0.05).Positive rate of survivin was related with clinical stage,lymphatic metastasis and infiltration (P ＜ 0.05).Positive rate of caspase-3 was correlated with differentiation degree,clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Survivin was negatively correlated with caspase-3 in gastric carcinoma.Conclusion Survivin and caspase-3 are closely related with biological behavior in gastric carcinoma.High expression of survivin may inhibit the expression of caspase-3.They promote together the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.关键词
