mFOLFOX6方案与CapeOX方案治疗老年转移性结直肠癌临床疗效分析
Clinical effects of mFOLFOX6 and CapeOX regimens for senile metastatic colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions of mFOLFOX6 regimen as well as CapeOX in the treatment of senile metastatic colorectal cancer.Methods One hundred and eight-six patients with senile metastatic colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Eight-two cases in mFOLFOX6 group were treated with oxaliplatin + calcium folinatc + 5-fluorouracil,while another 86 in CapeOX group with oxaliplatin + capecitabine.Both groups were treated for at least two weeks.The clinical effects and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences compared with the total effectiveness rate,medial time to progression and medial survival time of two groups.The adverse reactions of two groups mainly included oral mucositis,neurotoxicity,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,leucopenia,neutropenia and elevated transaminase,primarily at Ⅰ-Ⅱ grades.Neutropenia rate at Ⅲ-Ⅳ grades in mFOLFOX6 group was obviously higher than CapeOX group,but the incidence of hand-foot syndrome in CapeOX group was markedly higher than that in mFOLFOX6 group.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of mFOLFOX6 and CapeOX regimens are equal,and both adverse reactions are tolerable.However,the administration of CapeOX regimen is simpler,more suitable for the senile patients with weak constitution or receiving chemotherapy in the outpatient.关键词
