Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity combined with Lentinan injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods Eight-four patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were randomly divided into treatment group (n =42) and control group (n =42).The treatment group received central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity combined with Lentinan injection.The control group only received central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity.Results The curative rate (97.62％) of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (80.95％) with a significant difference (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity combined with Lentinan injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion can markedly shorten the course of treatment,which has mild side effects and is worthy of wide clinical application.关键词
