Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on the ectopic pregnancy.Methods Eighty-four patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 were randomly selected and divided into control group (n =42) and combined group (n =42).The control group was administered a single intramuscular injection of methotrexate (MTX),50 mg/m2 each time.The combined group,on the basic treatment of the control group,orally took mifepristone twice a day,75mg.The clinical efficacy,changes of human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and time taken for its restoration to normal level and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were observed and compared 14d after treatment.Results The total effectiveness rate of the combined group was 92.86％,significantly higher than the 75.00 ％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) with non-effectiveness rate significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The time of β-HCG recovered to normal level and the mass disappearance was 13.21 ± 6.24 (d) and 19.05 ± 4.35 (d) respectively,significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total adverse reaction rate was 14.26 ％,significantly lower than the control group (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate could effectively improve the clinical efficacy of ectopic pregnancy with conservative treatment with less adverse reactions..关键词
